If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us and we will reimburse you for the full cost immediately.
It is important however that you comply with the following guidelines:
- Use this guarantee within the 15 days following receipt of your order. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
- All returns must be received in the same good condition in which they were received, including packaging and the inclusion of all warranty and instruction cards. Otherwise, we regret that we will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of your purchase.
- Do not return your order “carriage forward” as we are unable to guarantee its receipt at our warehouse. Please pay all postal and other carriage charges of the returned item.
- Please ensure to keep proof of dispatch from the Post Office or Transport Company.
- In addition, we ask you to always attach a note indicating the reason for returning your purchase.
